I am not in China, How do I subscribe to InterNext IPTV?
InterNext IPTV can be purchased through our online order most conveniently. Just start your order on our home page at www.internext.tv & you will click ‘buy now’. We have designed the process with our customers in mind to make it easy and simple for you. How can I pay for InterNext IPTV service?
InterNext IPTV accepts cash payment if you are in mainland of China.
We accept payment by PayPal if you aren’t in China.
At the moment we do not accept payment by other means but, keep updated with us since we are constantly working to provide more options for our customers.
How soon can I start watching my channels?
If you are in China, only tell us about your installation address and installation date, we can serve you soon. If you aren’t in China, We will post InterNext IPTV box to your appointed address after your order is confirmed successful, at the same time we offer the order number to you, so that you can track it later, As usual you will get it with 2-4 days, then connect with your internet and TV set, you can start viewing the channels immediately.
Do you provide a warranty for the InterNext IPTV Box?
Of course we do. We provide a 1-year warranty for labor and parts.
If your InterNext IPTV box malfunctions during the 1st year of use, we will either fix the device or replace it with a new one. Return shipping to us and the shipment of the replacement will also be at our expense.
Can I add more channels to my account?
Sorry, We can’t offer the service at present.
How do I renew my subscription?
We will inform you in advance before your account expires, then you need to transfer the yearly fee to our bank account or PayPal account, http://www.internext.tv , Alternatively, one of our engineers can visit your home for pick up it if you are in mainland of China and make sure you can watch TV channels normally..
What happens if I want to cancel my TV-Box order?
If you decide to cancel your InterNext IPTV-Box order before it has been opened, you can do so.
If the order is cancelled before the InterNext IPTV-Box has been shipped from our warehouse, we will cancel your order and plan without further ado. The funds paid will be credited to your PayPal account with the exception of a $39 Cancellation & Processing fee.
If you decide to cancel your order after it has already been shipped to you, we will need to receive it back at the warehouse before we can process your refund. You should ship the InterNext IPTV-Box back to our warehouse within 7 days of receipt and once received we will credit to your PayPal account with the exception of the shipping charges and a $49 Cancellation & Processing fee.
